Branches

The “Branches” feature is used to create an organizational chart.
We can create parent and child branches and then combine them as we like.

To do this, go to the CONTROLLER'S CONFIG -> BRANCHES menu.

Example branch tree:

In this tree, we can see that the main division is MAŁOPOLSKE, and under it are the following divisions:

  • Nowy Sącz
  • Kraków Centrala
  • Tranów

In addition, the Kraków branch has three sub-branches:

  • Kraków1
  • Kraków2
  • Kraków3

If we grant the manager access to the MAŁOPOLSKIE branch, they will be able to view the TOTAL number of users from each branch and sub-branch under their jurisdiction. In other words, they will have access to training reports for all users and authorization records, and will be able to grant system access to each of these branches.
If we grant access to, for example, “Kraków Centrala,” the manager will see the TOTAL for “Kraków Headquarters” plus all its subdivisions, i.e., “Kraków1,” “Kraków2,” and “Kraków3.”

How do you create such a grid in SODO? It’s easy: first, create individual branches by going to ADO Configuration -> Branches -> Add. Then, create the grid by selecting the appropriate parent branches from the list/grid. Based on the example above, the configuration looks like this:

And for the Kraków branches, we configure the headquarters as follows:
